In July 2006, Customer Focus Software Ltd was acquired by Dowlis Plc, a company operating in the Promotional Goods Industry. As a result, Customer Focus Software Ltd changed its name to Industry Software Ltd., to operate solely in the promotional goods, print brokerage and direct mail order catalogue industry. A new company was formed, Customer FOCUS Software (UK) Ltd., by the then Company Chairman and Franchise Director, to develop the Customer FOCUS Software sales, marketing, technical support and development in conjunction with Industry Software Ltd.
