Well - we've been using it for about 3 years - and felt similarly for most of that time. I don't know what version you're running, but we are on 3.2.007. We are a manufacturing company and use the multi-level bill of materials function (the main reason we went for this package)we use all the ordering and sales order processing. The main area we find lacking now is accounting - so we use Sage as well as a backup. It seems that the main part of the 'Focus' organisation has been branching off and concentrating it's efforts on three specific sorts of companies. This left us out in the cold for a while but now Customer Focus UK has taken over the rest of the customer base (us included) and seem to realise that there is some major catching up to do. The software does have some very good features - some areas still need quite a bit of tidying up, but after the major investment we made in it, we decided to stick it out and hope for the best. The main advice I would give is keep up to date with the latest issue, and try and overcome only one problem at a time with the support team. We are only a small company (15 users) but on the whole we have managed to get most of CF working how we want it. BTW Superusers are assigned in the 'system controls' Hope this helps
