I've been using the software for a few months now and it has been extremely hard work. Most things we go to do end up in a support call. We seem to come across all sorts of obvious bugs; missing functionality; basic stock control incorrect; strange report formats etc. and some of it when compared to other accounting packages etc. The Help files all seem to be incomplete and have 'blue' placeholders for where the useful stuff should go. Our installation seemed to be based off the evaluation copy and was riddled with all sorts of irrelevant and appropriate entries and numbering. Our super user rights vanished at some point, Quick Insert on Sales orders stopped working, some of the numbering settings are in two places and we were told to 'ignore one of them'. We can do monthly Balance sheets with MYOB with a single button press but it is an arcane process / workaround with CF. Am I in a minority here? Am I missing something? I really think there is some potential but my co-director wants it pulled out. Any help gratefully received!
