I send quite a few e-shots but there is no means of establishing whether these have actually gone. Due to my large customer base I can only be sure if I get read reciepts or failures. On many occasions the mails definately haven't gone. Is there any sure way of knowing? Can the software not be made to put them in my mail sent items/outbox? Can anybody help?

Does anyone know how to or has used the telesales functions of CF. This is something that we are trying to do here but I can't see how of if it tracks when a response has been received. Is there any way of managing telesales so that we can see how it going?
