I agree with the other posts, what we need is as many Customer Focus users 'buy in' as possible. A link from the CF website, in the absence of and alternative, I'm sure, would be welcomed by many users. I also see no reason why the support team should not monitor and contribute where they can, they may even find repetative questions can be answered more easily by sending links to the posts.
