I find the comments interesting particularly as the perception and reality differ. The new 'regime' referred to are in fact a new management team within a NEW company reposnible for the Customer FOCUS Brand in the UK. We are experienced and extremely keen to address some of the issues that in truth, could have been addressed better in the past. Whereas we cannot do much about the past, we can take ownership of now and the future.
