Customer Focus software from Customer FOCUS Software (UK) Ltd (formally Inovar / Industry Software Solutions) - Business Productivity Software 

Having been using Customer Focus for nearly 3 years, we have been eagerly awaiting a user group or discussion forum to learn of others experiences with this software, pick up tip's and tricks and share ideas with other users.  In the absence of any easy way to interact with other users, we decided to set up our own.

It seems there is now a forum at http://www.customerfocusuk.com/ once you are registered, but up until now I have been unable to access it?
